It was a very hot day but Malcolm had promised the children that we would go to the park. They were covered in sun cream and wore their hats but we didn't sty long. It was 35c in the shade. Malcolm and Abigail tried to stay out of the sun, Frankie learned to ride his bike with out stabilisers just as we were leaving. He was very proud.
