For our Amuse bouche we had oysters with caviar and a little soup Pam was not sure about the soup but she certainly didn't like the oysters. The Kir Royal washed it all down a treat. Dinner was foie gras then Perch followed by deer (biche) and fresh fruit zabaglione.
