Mothers Day

Last Sunday was Mothers Day in England so Amelia bought me some lovely Hyacinths in a little box for the bathroom window sill. Plus English bacon, white sliced bread and the Sunday papers, spoilt or what. Well I didn't get the cushions out for the garden furniture but it still snowed. Frankie and I went for a walk because he didn't remember the snow from last year but he was not at all impressed that it was cold stuff............Abigail is feeling a little better and went for a scan on Friday but the doctor was called away and she has to return on Tuesday. Emilie went ice skating for the first time with scouts but was worried that she wouldn't be able to do the arabesques or the tricky bits ( too much dancing on ice) but Abigail explained she just had to glide on her feet like roller skating . The result was she wants to go again and again. Guess where we will be going in the Easter holidays.
