It was the Grand Dukes birthday but I was not feeling very well so we didn't go into the city to celebrate, just watched the village fireworks from the garden.
It was our 42nd wedding aniversary so Malcolm made a steak pie for dinner, well its a change from cake.
We were in the UK for Charlies 2nd birthday so we had cake when we returned. Abigail made gluten free muffins which were delicious. The new diet seems to be helping him which is good.
We met up with Aunty Margaret & Millicent at Boundry Mill for some shopping and lunch the time passed all to quickly.
We had a weekend with Avril and Stuart and to celebrate our 60th birthday's we had Sunday lunch at Northcote Manor.
The weather was very wet and windy but it it did mean we got lots of job's done. Malcolm even put the Aga on as it was so cold.
We went to the Party in the Park the weather was damp but the boys loved the fire engine and the donkeys.
We went on the Hythe & Dymchurch railway to Dunwich the boys thought it very exciting.
We had a two week holiday in Hythe which fortunately covered the jubilee celebrations. Aaron Anna & Seb joined us for the first week and the boys were soon up to mischief together.
