Poxy kids

Emilie has recoverd from the chicken pox but Frankie and Lili now have the pox oh dear. Mum has arrived but is not sure which country she is in........Amelia and Martin were thrilled with the monkey knits Avril had made for their new arrival. She will have to get her needles out again as Abigail & Rom are also expecting number four later in the summer.

Skipton

We had a couple of days with Mum then did a quick visit up to see Avril and Stu and the new dog Alfie who is like a big teddy bear.Malcolm wanted to go to the railwy shop at Skipton and of course the famous pie shop. He dragged Stu off into the wilderness to visit some other railway emporium he had found on the net but when they got there it didnt exist.........but fish and chips from Grandma Pollards on the way home cured the dissapointment.Auntie Margaret and Millicent callend in to see us before we left.

Oxford

On the way to see mum we called in to see John and Elsie in Oxford and had a nice lunch at the local pub. Laura and the children came over and then Warren called in so it was a lovley family visit.

Half Term visit to England

We had booked a half term visit to England to see how mum was copeing. Aaron and Anna made us very welcome as usual and invited Linda and family over for lunch as we would not have time to vist them this time. Poor Kati couldnt come as she was working.Seb had grown up so much since Christmas.

Stairs and spots

Amelia and Martins new house now has a staircase so we could go up and see the bathroom and bedrooms. It is all looking very nice and they should be in before too long. Poor Emilie has chicken pox and is very itchy.
