The Arches

Sadly we had to return from Italy back to the rain at gatwick. Saturday we had breakfast at the Arches with Paul & Angela. Then Colin came over to bring some things for us to give to Bonita, it was also the first time he had met Sebastian. Even more sad it was time for us to say goodbye to Aaron Anna and Sebastian. Still it will soon be time for Center Parks.

We went to Sorrento with Pam & Richard we had a great time seeing all the sights eating all the food and of course the wine.........

BBQ

Clare had sent a gift for Sebastian a sleep suit and some Wiggly Pig books which I am sure he will enjoy. We went for a walk to the bunkers to feed the ducks and to see all the new equipment there it looks very nice but there is not much for the little ones to play on. Aaron cooked a BBQ for dinner, Malcolm couldn't stop pocking about in the coals he said a gas one just is not the same

Apple tree

Aaron wanted to replace an old forsythia with an apple tree. So we went to Morleys to find a suitable one. We decided to have a cup of coffee first in the new tea room and just as we sat down Marie and Tim arrived so it was very nice to catch up with them.Once back Aaron got to work. In the evening we had dinner with Frank & Christine Steve and Sheila another lovely day.

Ladies who lunch

Pam and Angela were going swimming but not sure how my shoulder would hold up I declined, but I did meet up with them afterwards to go out for lunch. We went to the Ocean View, which was the old toilets when we lived in Southend. A very good lunch was served in nice surroundings. Angela dropped Pam and I off in town so we could do some shopping for Italy so a very nice day.

Easter Holidays

Sunday we set sail for Blighty and our Easter Holidays. It was wonderful to see Sebastian, & his parents of course.We had bacon sandwiches when we arrived of course. Amelia & Martin had bought Seb a turtle from Reunion which he tried to eat.
